Once we confirm that the dates are available, we require a signed rental contract and a 50% deposit to secure the reservation.

Due to the numerous requests received, reservations are confirmed only when a deposit has been received.  The Muskoka cottage remains available to others until then.  A rental agreement does not guarantee your reservation. Only a deposit guarantees your reservation.

After we have received the deposit and signed rental contract, your dates are secure, and our booking calendar is updated.

Guests benefit from booking the Muskoka cottage with us directly, as there are no booking fees.  Booking portals apply 4-14% booking fees on top of our rental fee.  Similarly, property rental agencies may apply 15-25% booking fees on top of our rental fee.
